Stan is the principal consultant and director of Dialogue in Growth Pty. Ltd., specialising in providing consulting services, assessment and remediation of parental alienation. Stan obtained his research doctorate in sociology (University of the Sunshine Coast) in 2021. He advocates for parental alienation as a significant social and public health issue requiring structural social, psychological, and legal reforms.

He is a professional clinical sociologist and counsellor. Stan has presented as a witness in the Family Court of Australia since 2019, where Family Courts may consider a change of parental responsibility and care for cases involving child psychological abuse by alienation.
