Nigel Maclennan

Prof. Nigel MacLennan is a distinguished Chartered Psychologist with a doctorate in leadership coaching. He has significant leadership experience in the charitable sector, having served as a director and trustee at the Institute of Management, where he spearheaded best practice governance initiatives that led to the organization receiving chartered status. Currently, he chairs the Clinic for Dissociative Studies, specializing in treatment for Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D.). Prof. MacLennan has authored 22 books and numerous articles, primarily focusing on enhancing leadership, management, performance, and health, available on psychreg.org. His pioneering work in performance psychology earned him the prestigious status of Fellow and later, President of the British Psychological Society from 2021 to 2022. Since 1993, he has been a Visiting Professor at various universities, and notably ranked as the number one Professor by students over a decade at the International University of Monaco.
