Cynthia M. Garba is a dedicated Legal Adviser at The Change for Children International.

Fluent in French and English, with intermediate proficiency in Dutch, she has a solid educational background.

She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Westminster and an LLB in Law with International Relations from the University of East London.

She is a graduate of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPC), having been called to the bar. With a profound understanding of legal principles, Cynthia is a passionate advocate for human rights, particularly emphasizing the rule of law and state accountability. While she does not currently hold a practising certificate, her expertise in international law uniquely positions her to provide valuable guidance in these critical areas.

In domestic law her interests turns towards criminal law cases involving vulnerable victims and witnesses.
